We love Olympic Weightlifting and we wanted to create an environment that is unsurpassed here in Fayetteville for you to come learn, while also developing and enhancing your skills in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

No matter your experience level we want to help you be the best Weightlifter you can possibly be. Even if you are brand new to the sport we’d love to help you out. Maybe you’ve been trying to learn from YouTube, or you’re sick of scaling CrossFit WODs (workout of the Day) or maybe you’ve reached a plateau that you can’t get by, whichever category you fall into we are the place for you to train.

We will work on developing your technical skills in the lifts day-in and day-out. We will break down the technical components in detail and look at every little nuance of the lifts to make you more talented. People commonly are lacking in a few foundational areas that are paramount to being successful. That’s why we want to maximize your mobility and improve your strength so you can kick ass in Olympic Weightlifting.

Growing up in the gym, the big question was always “Whatcha Bench?” I don’t ever hear that asked anymore, it’s typically “How much do you Snatch? or What’s your Clean & Jerk?” Which I personally think is awesome! I love Olympic Weightlifting and it’s my true passion and when it comes to coaching I take great pride and pleasure in watching my lifters grow under the barbell.

So if you’re the CrossFit athlete looking to dominate some WODs or just be the person at the gym that everyone is jealous of because your Snatch is awesome, we are the place for you. Again no matter your experience level Olympic Weightlifting is adaptable and we love exposing beginners to it.

Progress is defined as, forward or onward movement toward a destination. To often people get caught up with the weight they can lift and aren’t concerned with their form and skill. Here we judge progress not just by the weight that you put on the bar, but also by your improvement in technique and mastering of the lifts. Weight will come in time but nothing makes me more excited then watching someone light up after hitting a perfect lift, no matter the weight that’s on the bar.

This is a beautiful sport that any one and everyone can enjoy.  You can learn a lot about yourself participating in an Olympic Weightlifting program.  The journey you will embark on is one of self-discovery. Though it will be bumpy at times and littered with obstacles along the way, the journey will take hold of you and you will embrace the ride, I know I have.  As a USA-Weightlifting Club Level Coach and Senior Level Athlete I look forward to my next competition and for some of my athletes to start their competitive careers here soon.
