GPS DAILY is one of our 3 current online training teams offered through the TrainHeroic platform. You’ll get everything you need on a daily basis to help get you in the best shape of your life.
By partnering with TrainHeroic, we are able to offer our clients the best in class mobile training app out there. With everything right in the palm of your hand it is easy to track your numbers and your progress. Get exercise demonstration videos, movement instructions and have a direct line of communication to myself (Geoff Steinbacher) in the Feed.
The GPS DAILY team is centered around fitness and getting you in kick-ass shape to improve your life. Whether you want to perform better at your job, look better at the beach or have more energy to run around with your kids this team is for you. As a member of the team, you’ll get 6 daily training sessions per week that are a part of a larger program that creates real trackable progress.
What this isn’t is a CrossFit-based program. Just because we will use barbells and kettlebells, do conditioning work and throw in the occasional burpee or two doesn’t make it CF. My programming is periodized out over 8-week cycles or training blocks to prevent plateaus and allow for constant improvements and monitoring. As well as give you variety to prevent boredom and stagnation.
Every day will start with a focus on Injury Prevention and an extensive Dynamic Warm-Up to prepare the body for the rigors of the upcoming training session. Then we will move into the main strength component of the day. Like I said before, this is all periodized out, so you’ll see percentages, rep maxes and/or days where you’re instructed to just go by feel. You’ll also have back-off weeks to allow your body to recuperate so you can stay fresh and keep progressing.
Expect to see barbell movements like squats and deadlifts, bodyweight movements like pull-ups and planks, mix in tons of core and accessory work, plus some conditioning to round out your training and you have what some of my clients have dubbed GeoffFit.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays are hybrid days where you get to choose your own adventure. Just like the Hardy Boys. After the main strength block you can either transition into a Metabolic Conditioning Circuit (MetCon) or move into some more Accessory based movements followed up with focused Core work. Tuesdays & Thursdays you’ll still have the main strength block, but then everyone will get to partake in the longer duration Metabolic Conditioning Circuit. Saturdays are optional, but I program another circuit so you can earn a few extra weekend carbs and Fridays I always include some additional arm work as well. AKA Arm Farm Fridays! Use the link above to see a sample week!
What I want you to know is that I am not just pulling stuff out of thin air or throwing darts at the dart board and seeing what sticks. I’ve been programming like this for over 10+ years, picking up new techniques along the way and always seeking more knowledge to bring my clients the best training possible. I have worked with people from all walks of life and fitness levels, so you will fit right in! Consistency is key and I can promise you that if you show up and put the work in you will get results.
Expect to get strong. Expect to look better. Expect to feel better. Expect to sweat. Expect increased work capacity. Expect to work hard. Expect real progress. Expect no bullshit.
Need Help? Just ask…Seriously.
I hope this can help some of you out there. If you have questions let me know geoff@gpshumanperformance.com
